The central course content is on the tools of industrial ecology with a framework of circular economy.

Upon completion of the course the student can analyze the interaction of industrial, natural and socio-economic systems and is able to judiciously suggest changes to industrial practice in order to prevent negative impacts. The student can also specify the criteria of success for building eco-industrial parks.

The course assessment is based on a portfolio and a team exercise. All course activities are arranged online.
