Operations management
Yksittäinen kurssi
All lectures will be held in Finnish, but course documentation and instructions are in English.
Course content:
Operations strategy, service operations, process design and improvement, process choices and production layout, capacity and materials management, global operations, logistics and supply chain management, quality management.
The course consists of lectures, course book, a final exam and a practical assignment. The book and the lectures complement each other and it is thus necessary to study the book also in order to succeed in the course.
