Would you like to be able to develop backends for web programs?

In this course you will learn how software developers design and implement them. The course materials include readings, videos and assignments to learn the desired skills. 

To participate in this course you need to know how to program. In the course you develop a RESTful back-end using NodeJS, ExpressJS, and MongoDB. These are the basic tools to make backends for JavaScript-based websites. The project focuses only on the layout, styles and the overall structure of the page. 

This is a 3 credit course which means it requires about 78 hours of work to complete. You can register for this course anytime. After you start doing this course, you have 60 days to complete the course in LUT Moodle on your own pace.
