Internet marketing techniques

Individual course

This course deals with issues related to, for example, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, e-mail marketing, and targeted advertising.

Content:

  1. search engine marketing, mobile marketing
  2. measuring the effectiveness of online marketing and e-commerce
  3. techniques used in e-mail and social media marketing
  4. techniques used in e-commerce

After completing the course the student masters Internet marketing related technical solutions and their characteristics. The student is able to analyse the effectiveness of Internet marketing and e-commerce with different tools and meters. The student is able to differentiate how Internet marketing can be used to promote the business of different companies.

Students can complete the course at the time appropriate for themselves during the academic year (before 31.7.2020). However, if you wish to take the exam after the end of April 2020, please contact the responsible teacher.

The course is mainly based on self-study which is supported by the Moodle system.

The course exam is carried out in the EXAM system. Please make sure with the teacher if the electronic exam is linked to a certain EXAM class before taking the exam.
