Some most important machine learning algorithms are presented and examples are described for their applications.

After the course, the student is able to understand and use some basic and advanced machine learning methods for data mining, pattern recognition and other problems to that learning-based solutions are applied.

Course requirements:

Written examination and active participation in exercises and lectures.

Matlab is used for exercises. Do this quickly (if not yet done):
