The course focuses on measurement systems and introduces method to analyse the measurements.

Course content:

  1. Static properties of measurements
  2. Measurement accuracy and uncertainty
  3. Dynamic properties of measurements
  4. Signal conversions with AD and DA conversions
  5. Digital and analog signal I/O connections
  6. Digital filtering of measured signals
  7. Digital measurement and control with machine vision and RF tags
  8. Applications of digital and wireless measurement and control

Upon completion of the course a student will be able to:

  1. apply fundamentals of measurement
  2. apply analog and digital signal conversions
  3. apply digital signal filtering and data transfer
  4. apply IoT applications of digital signal manipulation.
