Rapid technological change, ecological challenges, and shifts in the working life present various challenges for companies and individuals. FITech offers education in many areas of leadership in the technological field. Our offerings include university courses on topics such as business development for green transition, project management, change management, cybersecurity management, entrepreneurship, and the management of continuous learning. Courses related to these topics are offered in all FITech projects. The offerings are strongly based on the industrial engineering and management education organised by FITech universities.
