Software development skills: Full-stack

Individual course

Would you like to be able to develop a full stack website?

In this course you will learn how software developers design and implement them. The course materials include readings, videos and assignments to learn the desired skills.

To participate in this course, you need to know how to program, have knowledge on databases, and you should have taken a course on user interfaces, e.g. LUT course User Interfaces and Usability.

During the course you develop a full stack program that includes a JavaScript backend, and a responsive webpage using html, CSS and a little JavaScript, and maybe additionally Bootstrap or animations. These are the basic tools to make a contemporary full web application.

This is a 3 credit course which means it requires about 81 hours of work to complete. You can register for this course anytime. After you start doing this course, you have 60 days to complete the course in LUT Moodle on your own pace.
