Free university courses for secondary school students

Eyes on the future! Did you know that through FITech, you can study university courses for free? The courses are organised by Finnish universities of technology.

Also secondary school students are welcome to explore the world of university studies! You are a secondary school student if you are studying, e.g., in a Finnish high school or vocational school. That makes you an adult learner, which means you will earn official study credits and a digital badge for completed courses.

Please note that while most courses are organised online, some may require visiting the host university (e.g., for an exam). Completing 1 ECTS corresponds to approximately 27 hours of studying. However, every learner is an individual, and not everyone spends the same amount of time studying.
